We made the mistake of choosing a realtor who was a 'neighbor' and who did nothing more than list the house. He did little advertising told us 'no one' does open houses anymore and basically let my parents' home sit on the market generating no traffic. He told us we priced it too high but he never did a market analysis to give us any guidance. We lost precious time. Then we were fortunate to learn how to 'break' the agreement and find a new realtor. That's how we met Laura!Laura was amazing! She met us on a time convenient for us came prepared with information on how to effectively price the home and gave us some practical suggestions for preparing our listing. She had a professional photographer take pictures made sure the listing was on multiple sites and kept us consistently informed on traffic feedback etc. We were shocked to find a realtor who was SO DIFFERENT than the first one!! Wow realtors are like night and day and finding a good one was a blessing!!I would absolutely use Laura in the future! She is professional without being overbearing. She's responsive even if via text message.
